1435 Capital welcomed two new additions to the 1435 Capital Team at our offices in Princeton, NJ.
Andrew Fallon joins us as a Venture Associate. Mr. Fallon was previously at Overlay Capital in Atlanta, GA. Andrew brings a wealth of experience in early-stage and growth investing, with a diverse background spanning venture capital, private equity, and public markets. His expertise covers key sectors such as Technology, Sustainable Energy, CleanTech, and the Built Environment. Andrew’s unique perspective and proven track record across multiple sectors make him a valuable addition to our team.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that Steven Tunison has joined as a 2nd member of our 2025 summer internship (Venture Analyst) cohort. Steven is currently a Junior at The George School in Newtown, PA and is part of his school’s Model UN program.
