As summer hits its stride, so does the 1435 Capital Management internship program.
Our interns are already deep into the fundamentals of venture capital and private equity and are building a strong foundation in asset classes, deal evaluation, and the mechanics behind early-stage investing. It’s been exciting to watch them engage with real-world concepts, ask sharp questions, and begin developing the analytical mindset that defines great investors.
We believe early exposure to these core principles is critical and this cohort is proving just how impactful that experience can be.
Looking ahead, we’re also excited for the upcoming NJx Venture Summit on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 hosted in partnership with the Montgomery Innovation Hub and Venture X Skillman. The summit brings together founders, investors, and operators across the New Jersey ecosystem for a day of meaningful conversations and connections. And yes… the AC is working this summer!
